Mad Hatter Tea Parties (Available in 2013)
Have Afternoon Tea with the Madd Hatter, Alice and the White Rabbit as you celebrate your special event. We will be opening the ground floor for our Madd Hatter parties just as soon as the construction is complete.
Afternoon Tea
Due to popular demand we now serve our Afternoon tea all day! Enjoy your choice of premium loose leaf tea in your own tea pot, as well as petite tea sandwiches, choice of fresh baked scones served with Devonshire cream and petite desserts.
Group Luncheons
Enjoy a great meal while meeting with friends or business colleagues. Reservations can be made from 9:00 am through 4:00 pm. If you choose to have gift openings the reservations are available from 9:00am to 11:00 pm or 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. We can serve large or small groups. Come out and have a pot of tea with some delicious food!
Baby Showers
Having a baby shower? Do it in elegance here. Our Quiche is a great bunch option available for your party from 9:00am - 11:00am. Our Afternoon Tea or full menu is now navailable all day. Reservations are recommended.
Children's Birthday Parties
We serve each child: a sandwich with the child’s choice of filling, a pot of tea, hot chocolate or pink lemonade, a choice of cookies, 2 cake balls or for $1.00 additional per person, a large chocolate, chocolate chip cupcake with icing and sprinkles all served with a candle for the birthday person. The children are encouraged to blow out the candle and make a wish or say a prayer for the birthday child. We also invite the parents to encourage the children to choose a hat, gloves and a strand of beads prior to being seated. Additional adults or parents with the birthday child’s friends are welcomed to stay if they are ordering food. We have a $7.00 minimum per person. This can be done with each parent ordering from the menu and receiving their own separate checks or the host parent may choose to include other guests or parents in their child’s party. You may choose to make arrangements for the children to be dropped off or picked up in the foyer or outside the restaurant. The parent/s of the birthday child will need to be present to supervise the children at all times. In consideration of our limited space, if you would like to bring in and open gifts the party would need to be scheduled prior to 10:30 am or after 2:30 pm. Small party favors are welcomed for each child. Each party is scheduled for a 1 and ½ hour time frame. It is truly our good pleasure to serve you as you celebrate your child’s event. High Tea
An elegant affair, much like Afternoon Tea. Served in three courses, during which the History of Tea is given for an additional $10.00 per party.
Wedding Shower
Having an evening wedding shower? Enjoy our lovely atmosphere and fine dining. We will make special accommondations for parties over 25.
Group Gatherings
Book Studies, Bible Studies or Ladies/Mom's Night Out - Let us do the cooking while you enjoy each other. We are happy to see our guests in the evening hours. Please call The Tea Room for parties of 15 or more and ask to speak to Allison. Special arrangements can be made for our "off" hours.
Private Meetings
Need a private meeting in an elegant atmosphere? Make a reservation and we'll do the rest. With any party of 15 or more we are available to open on our "off" hours. Give The Tea Room a call and ask for Allison for arrangements with the "off" hours reservations.
Bridal Luncheon
Having a bridal shower? The owner's recommendation would be for the Afternoon Tea which is served on a three tier serving dish. It is truly a "ladies" affair with a variety of finger sandwiches, scones with devonshire cream, petite desserts and a pot of tea per person. You can celebrate your upcoming nuptials with your gal pals and family in a fine manner. There is of course, a full menu of other items to choose from including gluten free selections! You have your choice of the Victorian, otherwise known as the "Pink" room or the Library otherwise known as the "Blue" room. Both have been recently redecorated. You'll be glad you came.
